Returns are only accepted with prior approval from our customer support team. Packages returned without our express authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

90-Day Refund Guarantee

We are confident in the quality and performance of our products. If you don't experience noticeable relief after using the product consistently as directed, you may be eligible for a refund within 90 days of the delivery date. Refunds are assessed based on usage behavior.

Only items purchased through our website are eligible. To submit a claim, contact us with proof of purchase (order number and/or email confirmation).

Return Policy for Sealed Packages

Sealed items are eligible for a refund if a return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date. For hygiene purposes, once packaging is opened — even if the product is unused — we cannot accept the return.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the sealed item(s). Once approved, ship the product(s) back within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued only to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests, due to the speed of our fulfillment and shipping process.

Delivered, Not Received Packages

If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we're happy to offer a one-time free replacement after confirming the package can't be located.

Damaged / Incorrect / Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package appears lost, contact us within 7 days with supporting evidence (photo/video). We will send a one-time free replacement; refunds are not issued for these cases.
